Occasionally you may find invalid emails appearing in your High Value Contacts (Highly Interactive / Up & Coming).

This can be caused by opportunists purchasing domains like bigpong.com and homtail.com, and accepting mail from all possible (similar) domains. They scour links phishing for information like credit card info and passwords, creating the activity that flags them as a High Value Contact.

To rectify this, correct the contacts email record in your CRM (for integrated accounts), or directly in your ActivePipe account and subsequent CSV uploads for non-integrated accounts.
Once updated, the invalid email will be removed from ActivePipe and no further incorrect data will be recorded for this contact.
