If a contact marks an email sent by ActivePipe as ‘Spam’ within their mail client, their status will be marked as Spam Complaint. This does not mean that a complaint has been filed with any governing body. 

The contact is unsubscribed to prevent further complaints and protect your sending reputation, as well as comply with regulations.
