Within the Property Interactions tab you will see a map of interaction, with each property indicated by a locator pin. The number within the pin indicates how many times the contact has clicked on the property.
If the contact's address is known they are also pinpointed as a reference.
You will also see property cards relevant to each pin, shown in descending order of engagement.
Here you can:
- Hover over any pin on the map to highlight its property card.
- Or hover over any property card to highlight its locator pin on the map.
- You can click on either the card or pin to view more property details, and from the pop-up you can step through to a full property profile.
The map can be invaluable in determining a pattern of interaction - and therefore intention.
For example, if a contact is clicking on sold properties right near their current address (10), it's likely that they are trying to self appraise, making it an opportune time to discuss a valuation.
If the contact is clicking on properties for sale all within a certain area (11), this is an opportunity to discuss current listings matching their engagement location.
