It's easy to save a property report from your ActivePipe account as a PDF, ready to distribute electronically.

The saved version of a property report excludes the navigation menu as well as individual contact details, so that it can be readily shared with team members and vendors.

To save a property report as a PDF, start by accessing the report in your ActivePipe account.
From here:

• Press Ctrl and P (for PC's); or Command and P (for mac);
• Or, from your browser menu, go to File, then select Print from the dropdown.

This will open your print window, showing you a preview of how the page will look. *

• Select Save as PDF as your destination.
• Portrait layout is best suited for saving property reports.
• Click Save.

You can then share the pdf, or forward it via email.

Your print workflow and preview may differ, depending on your computer platform (i.e: Mac/PC), browser and operating system.
