When enabled, you can display multiple agents names and contact details, as well as their profile images, with a single listing.*
* This feature is currently only available to a small number of brokerages and integrations in the North American Market. Please contact the ActivePipe Support team to discuss if this feature is available to you.
Start by navigating to the Emails menu, and either select an existing email, or create a new one.
Once you're within the email editor:
- Add or select a property Feature panel.*
- If dynamically choosing a property, select the toggle to move it to Dynamic.
- Use Define Properties to choose your dynamic panel settings.
- Or, if manually selecting a property, leave the toggle set to Static, and select the house icon in the bottom right of the panel, to go through to your property library.
- Within your property library, select the property you would like to add, by clicking on its thumbnail image.
* The Agent Details & Image option can only be used with property Feature panels. You can use other agent display options with List or Grid panels.
Then, regardless of whether the panel is Static or Dynamic:
- On the panel editing toolbar, select Edit to see the property options.
- Within the Details Layout options, choose Select an item to add to see the items available to be displayed.
- Within the dropdown, choose Agent Details & Image. *
- Select the + icon next to the dropdown, to add this item to your details layout.
- Select the + icon next to the dropdown, to add this item to your details layout.
- Optionally, re-order items in the order of your preference.
- Then select Continue to save and close the panel options.
The Feature property panel will update to show the profile image* and contact details of all listing agents. Agents will be listed in the order that they appear from the MLS, and cannot be reordered or individually removed.
The contact details displayed for the agents are matched to the MLS details (rather than what is stored in ActivePipe), and the agent ID's must match to a user in ActivePipe to display correctly.
Profile images are obtained directly within ActivePipe. If profile images are not available for an agent (i.e.: they are not an ActivePipe user within your office), their initials will be displayed instead.
