When creating an email using property automation, the property options allow you to customise the properties featured, to better relate to your contacts needs. 

To see and adjust your property options and filters, start by navigating to the email editor.
From here:

• Add a new property panel, or select an existing one panel to make it active.
• Within the panel editing toolbar, make sure that the Auto Feed toggle is set to Dynamic
• Select Define Properties

• Within the Define Properties options you will see the following sub menus:
  
  • Basic
  • Advanced
  • Contact
  • Feeds*

* This sub menu is only visible when multiple property feeds are integrated with the account.
