The "Powered by ActivePipe, a MoxiWorks product" link shown at the bottom of your email helps to maintain your sending reputation. If any of your contacts are concerned about the emails they are being sent (e.g.: if they feel they are receiving spam), as well as being able to respond to you directly, this gives them a point of contact at the source, being the team at ActivePipe.
What's Happening in Your Emails?
All emails sent through ActivePipe include a standard footer identifying the sending platform. For ActivePipe emails, the footer will say, “Powered by ActivePipe, a MoxiWorks product”. This footer is applied automatically and appears on all emails sent through ActivePipe. It is not the footer that an agent can place within an ActivePipe email.
Why Is This Footer Being Added?
The footer is being added for several reasons.
Transparency
Clearly identifying the sending technology helps recipients understand where the email originated.
Deliverability and Trust
Email providers such as Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo look favorably on transparent sender identification, which supports consistent email delivery and long-term deliverability. This means more of your email gets to the inbox and not into the Spam folders.
Compliance and Best Practices
Email compliance standards and best practices across the industry both emphasize identification of the sending platform.
Can This Footer Be Removed or Altered?
Unfortunately, this footer cannot be removed or altered to maintain consistency in sent emails across ActivePipe.
Learn more about email compliance, reducing the chance of your emails being marked as spam, or see ActivePipe's Terms & Conditions for more information.
