The "panels" in the email editor are blocks of content that you can use to customise your email template.
Unless restricted, you can add, remove, move and edit panels to suit your specific needs.
Text panels
Quickly add a heading, sub heading and/or some body text to your template.
Hyperlink text, add a button, use placeholders or change the font through the text editing toolbar.
Modify or switch between the 1, 2 and 3 column panels through the panel options.
Image panels
Add image (only) panels to showcase affiliate logos, websites, profiles, and events that do not require text.
Upload, select and crop images to suit.
Link all images separately through the panel options.
Modify or switch between the 1, 2, 3 and 4 image panels through the panel options.
All image panels are mobile responsive and will resize to optimise viewing across all platforms.
The Mosaic panel is not automatically available to all users. Contact the ActivePipe support team to discuss.

Add a text and images panel to include articles, profile details, or off market properties in your template.

Property panels
Adding properties to your emails could not be easier.
The grid, list, feature and table * property panels are connected to your property feed/s.
All properties automatically link to your website or landing page, increasing your web traffic. Reporting on these interactions provide you with valuable insights.

Insights panels *
Add an Insights panel to provide relevant market data to your contacts.
Include a chart panel to show local market growth in recent months; Or use a statistic panel to include snapshots of local data, like List v's Sold price or median sale price for an area.
* The Insights panels are only available to ActivePipe users in the USA, and are not automatically enabled for all users. Contact the ActivePipe support team to discuss adding this to your account.
Page Element panels
- Use a Line panel to distinctly separate sections in your template.
- Add a linked Button panel (as opposed to adding a button within a text/ text & images panel) to create a more prominent call to action.
- Use a Spacer panel to create subtle space between your sections.
All Page Elements can be adjusted through panel options, e.g: make the spacer panel deeper or narrower, or change its colour.
Media panels
Quickly add social media links to your template (if they are not already part of it), or add a YouTube or Vimeo video to your email.
SmartFeed panels
Add a feature, grid or list SmartFeed panel to your template to include articles from RSS enabled websites or blogs to your template.
These articles link directly to the chosen site, and the panels can be customised to suit, e.g: reduce or change the text.
