There are a couple of common reasons why you may not be able to archive an email that you believe is no longer required:
- It may be attached to an active campaign.
- The email may have been created and sent on your behalf by a corporate/brand user.
If you have discounted these reasons and are still unable to archive your email, contact the ActivePipe support team for assistance, providing them with as much detail as possible (i.e: the name of the email, which account you are logged into).
