Within your email template you may have a filtered property panel without any matches,
e.g: If the filter is for Sold property within the last 7 days and there haven't been any, or if the panel is matched to contact preferences with no suitable matches for individual contacts.
If the panel has been grouped, and there are no matches, the panel is "hidden" upon sending, and the subsequent panels move up.*
* If panels return no matches and the email is not grouped, the entire email will not be sent.
There are times where you would like the preceding panels, e.g: a spacer and a heading related to the panel (1), to hide as well. This is achieved by "grouping" the panels, identifying them as a set or section, so that if one panel hides, the others do too.
