When you have a property panel within your email template and choose the auto feed option, the properties are automatically populated and updated in the panel.
This is great in terms of making less work for you, but raises the question of what happens when the filters you choose to manage the panel return zero property matches?
For example, if you filter the panel to only show Sold listings within the last 7 days and there haven't been any, or if the panel is matched to contact buying preferences, with no suitable matches for individual contacts.
When there are no property matches, there can be two outcomes:
When grouping is enabled
If the email is grouped (at this stage only actionable by the ActivePipe support team), the panel will "hide" upon sending, and the subsequent panels move up in its place. There may actually be several panels that hide due to grouping.*
* If you find that one panel hides, but another panel relevant to it, i.e. its' section heading, does not, this can be rectified by adding panel grouping.

When grouping is not enabled
When an email does not have any grouping enabled, and an auto fed panel produces no results, the email will not be sent.
It's important to note that this can affect individual contacts, e.g: if contact matching is enabled and there are no matches for specific contacts; or it can affect all your intended recipients, e.g: if there are no properties that match your current property filter set.
