A property with a price change may not be included in an email for a few common reasons:
- The Price Change panel is generally based on the property filter of contact interaction, which means that only contacts that have clicked on it previously will see it in their email.
- Whilst the contact may have interacted with the property, the interaction timeframe may not be set long enough to include the interaction, thus the contact will not be sent the property.
- The chosen timeframe associated with the Property Filter - Price Changed excludes the property - e.g: The time range may be set to the last 7 days, however the property may have been updated earlier than this (e.g: 10 days ago).
- If a listing is newly synced with ActivePipe (e.g: If you've recently changed property feeds, or are new to ActivePipe), the change will apply from the first date it was added to ActivePipe, i.e: If the property has been on ActivePipe for 3 days, but its price was updated in the source 9 days ago, this would not be included in a Price Change email (when set to 7 days).
