Starting in the email editor, if you click the Define Properties button on an automated property panel, then click on the Feeds tab, you'll see the list of your integrated feeds.

You may have one, or several, depending on your accounts individual set up.

Looking at your feed list, if you see that no feeds are ticked, this means that the panel is using the default feed behaviour configured in your account settings.
