As each listing office feed can contain listings that may or may not be associated with the User they are integrated with, listings may be filtered by "Exclusive" and "Non-Exclusive".

Exclusive Listings

Exclusive listings are the listings from your connected listing office feeds, with which you have an association, i.e.: they could include your listings, and/or listings from within your office.*

* If you want to display your own listings only and exclude all others, you can use the only include agents listings filter.

Non-exclusive Listings

Non-exclusive listings are the listings from your connected listing office feeds, with which you are not associated with.

As an example use case, this provides an easy option to exclude listings from one property feed integration that you are not connected with.

The following is an example of an account with multiple property feed integrations, some with connected Listing Office feeds. Each can be selected, or de-selected to customise and refine the groups of properties to be included in this property panel.
