When using SmartFeed panels in the email editor, there may be a case where images can be displayed from an RSS feed in Static mode but cannot be displayed when the panel is set to Dynamic.

This is due to the way that images are tagged by some RSS feeds. Ideally, the RSS feed should be updated to correctly tag the article images (if there are images for the articles). Contact your corporate team or RSS feed provider (as appropriate to you), for assistance with this.

Alternatively, you can choose a different feed, or set the panel to Static and manually select an article (remembering to update your selection for subsequent sends).
