As it's probable that you will not be the listing agent for all of the properties that you advertise in your emails, this is a way that you could set up your email so that you only receive inspection/showing requests from your contacts, for your listings.

Start by creating/navigating to your email, and once in the email editor: 

• Drag and drop in a property panel (i.e: a grid or a list), and turn the auto feed toggle on.

• Click the Define Properties button, and use the Advanced property filter to show only your listings in this panel.
• Then click on the options icon, go to the Property Details tab and add Request an Inspection /  Request a Showing as detailed here.
• Add another grid or list panel for the rest of your current listings (by default any listings shown in the first panel will be omitted from the second). Do not add the Inspection/Showing request item to this panel.

Admins - You can create this example the same way, and each agents individual email will dynamically update to reflect the agents listings in the first panel.
