When a contact receives your email and clicks on a request an inspection/showing link, they are taken to a simple form* giving them the option to choose their preferred date and time of day, as well as add an optional message. 

For users that employ a third party booking system like IRE, this can be configured to connect to the request link directly (instead of going to an ActivePipe hosted landing page). Please contact the ActivePipe Support team to discuss enabling this in your account.

When the contact submits their request, they will see a thank you page, confirming their request has been lodged. At this point the user will be alerted, and will need to follow up with the contact to confirm an inspection/showing booking.
