Currently, when you update the 'price' and 'price_view' fields in your CRM this is classed as a price change. There are instances where the information submitted and updated in this field are not actually prices, e.g: "Forthcoming Auction" is utilised, and then updated to "Auction".

As this information is utilising the price fields, this is classed as a price update and the property is subsequently included for contacts that have interacted with it.*

In the interim, you may choose to exclude the Price Change section from your email template if you prefer, by deleting the relevant panel / spacer / heading from your email template. Contact the ActivePipe support team for assistance with this.
