In general, auto-feed property panels in ActivePipe are set to include all agent listings from your office or brand (depending on your account set-up).
When required however, you can filter a property panel down to just show one agents' listings**.
Whilst we don't recommend using this functionality for all your emails (as it can dilute your available listings - "making you look quiet", and detract from your contacts experience), there are times where this may be useful.
For example, you may want to highlight your own latest listings ahead of those listed by the rest of your office or brand. In this case you can use a property panel filtered to Only include Agent's Listings, followed by another property panel set to show the rest of the latest listings for your office or brand*.
* By default, any properties featured in property panels above will be excluded from re-appearing in subsequent panels, to eliminate duplications.
To start, click on the relevant property panel to make it active, and then click on the Define Properties button. From here:
- Within Define Properties, select the Advanced sub menu.
- Tick the Only include Agent's Listings box.
- After making any other adjustments, click Update
Your property panel will then update to show only properties where you are listed as an agent.**
** If there is more than one agent listed against a single property, ticking this option should ensure that the property is included for each agent, not just the primary agent.
Please note that property matching can be dependant on the property feed, and is based on matching to MLS ID's, CRM ID's, and/or user emails."
If you are an Admin setting up an email on behalf of your Users, this panel will dynamically update to reflect the listings of each agent you send on behalf of.
