Within ActivePipe you can use your available property listing statuses to:

• Filter your properties within automated property panels, to tailor your email content.
• When manually selecting properties to use in your email, filter properties within your property library to find those you're looking for.
• Search for and locate properties with a particular listing status within your Properties menu.

As every listing provider has unique listing status nomenclature, there are hundreds of "native" listing statuses. This expansive list of statuses has been consolidated and mapped into the supported statuses shown below, so some native statuses may map to slightly different names in ActivePipe.

It's also important to note that while there are a range of listing statuses supported within ActivePipe,  the listing statuses that you see within your account will be dependant upon your listings and data provider.

* There is currently an option to exclude properties marked as under offer, however due to differing methods of status flagging/mapping, filtering by the status of Under Offer is currently not available.
