Text Inset
Click on the Text Inset dropdown to increase or decrease space around the text area only. Decrease the text inset to fit more text in the same space, or increase it to give your image more definition and space.

Column Split
Click on the Column Split dropdown to allocate more or less percentage of the panel space to the text and image.
Use column split to balance your panel based on the amount of text you want to use, and the type of image you are using, e.g: if you are using a full length profile image you may like to allocate a higher percentage to the image so that the face isn't too small. If you are using a close-up head and shoulders profile, a larger percentage may make the image look too big - decrease the percentage to make the profile image smaller.
