When your ActivePipe account is set up, there are a few "default" image options that may be added to your image library.
These are:
- Sender Photo
- Sender Logo
- Office Logo
Sender Photo
The Sender Photo is typically the User's (agent / broker) profile image.
This image is often set as the default image within email templates created on your behalf, as part of the welcome or introductory panel.
The Sender Photo image can be updated by going to the Settings menu for some users; while for others this is integrated with your CRM, which will be indicated in your Settings menu. In this case, if the image is updated in the integrated CRM it will sync through to your ActivePipe account.
Learn more about this here.
Sender Logo
The Sender Logo is essentially a user level or individual logo. Depending on different use cases, this could be as broad as a brand logo, or it may be a logo that is made specifically for the individual. This logo can be updated by contacting the ActivePipe support team.
When a Sender Logo is saved in a User level account you will see a thumbnail representation of it in your image library, and you'll be able to select this to use in your email template.
At Admin level, or when there is no sender's logo saved in the user account, you will see the logo placeholder.
If this option is selected in an email template and there is no image available, it will fall back to show the Office Logo.
Office Logo
The Office Logo is set at an office or admin level, and is usually a group or brand logo, though this may differ depending on your account set-up requirements. Again, this logo can be updated by contacting the ActivePipe support team.
When an Office Logo is uploaded you will see a thumbnail representation of it in your image library, and you'll be able to select this to use in your email template.
