When Contact location matching is enabled within an Insights panel, Use SmartMatch is selected as the default.
This means that each contacts location preference and/or engagement behaviour (the location of properties they have clicked on) will be used to determine the most relevant suburb to show in the panel.

You can alternatively select Contact Address - Suburb, meaning that the location listed on each contacts profile will be used.
