As an Admin you can create an audience and share it with your Users, allowing them to quickly and easily filter their contacts. As Admins do not have their own contacts, only the audience filter set is shared, no contacts are included.

When shared, users access these as Managed Audiences, as only the admins can edit the filters applied.
