A settlement date recorded within Sales Trekker will automatically sync through to your ActivePipe account. This date will be set when the deal is marked as Settled within Sales Trekker.
To see or manage this within your Sales Trekker account:
- Open Deal View and select the pencil icon to edit the deal.
- From the dropdown options, choose Settled / Post to Commission (1).
- On the Change deal status to Settled page, use the dropdown to choose the settlement date (2).
- Select Mark as Settled (3) to complete the update.
