The Contact Tags available in your ActivePipe account can originate in several ways, with their origin defining how they can be managed:
Custom tags are created and managed within your ActivePipe account.
You can create new or delete Custom tags, as well as add and remove contacts from the tag.
Intent tags are created by ActivePipe, e.g: The "Upsizer" tag.
Intent tags cannot be created, edited (add or remove contacts from the tag) or deleted from your account.
Integrated tags originate in your contact CRM (e.g: your contact categories, segments or buckets), and have been integrated with your ActivePipe account.
These tags can only be managed within your CRM, and will subsequently update within your ActivePipe account.
If you have redundant Integrated tags still appearing in your ActivePipe account, the ActivePipe Support team can assist with removing these for you.
Shared tags have been added to your account through shared Audiences.
Shared tags cannot be deleted or edited (add or remove contacts from the tag).
