Your unsubscribed and not subscribed contacts are included in this number, however shared and deleted contacts do not count towards your contact limit.*
You can request your contact limit be increased by contacting the ActivePipe support team.
* Deleting contacts from your account is not recommended as (particularly unsubscribed) contacts can be re-added as new and subscribed at a later date.
