During the CSV upload process, at the Verify stage, ActivePipe will try to match the columns in your CSV file (based on your file headings), to the fields in ActivePipe. If your file headings are not named in the same way as the supported contact preferences, they may not be matched.
You can manually match a CSV column to a field in ActivePipe by selecting the adjacent dropdown and selecting the field.
Each field can only be selected once, after which you will see the field is grey and unable to be selected.
