If you would like to copy or move an email, e.g: from a user account to your office-wide account, contact the ActivePipe support team to action this for you.
For a prompt response, please include the name of the email, and name of the accounts you would like it moved or copied from and to, within your support request.
* Admins can allow the users within their account to access emails created by them simply by adding them to a campaign where the email is selected (the campaign does not need to be activated).
An email can also be duplicated within the same ActivePipe account, in order to save time with similar content.
