If a campaign has been set up on your behalf, you may wish to amend who the campaign is sent to.
To do this, start by navigating to your Campaigns menu, and then click on the campaign you would like to amend.
* You do not need to Pause a campaign to change the recipients at user level.
Within the campaign builder, look at the settings in the Choose Recipients module.
It's most likely that the current selection is Send to All Contacts. If so, click the Search for Contacts, Tags and Audiences button.
From here you can:
- Click Browse (1) to see all of your available tags and audiences, shown on separate tabs;
- Or start typing in a tag, audience or contact name in the search bar, and select them from the dropdown matches.
Alternatively, if the campaign was set to send to particular tags or audiences, and you wish to send to all contacts, simply click the Send to All Contacts button.
Once you have amended your recipients to suit, make sure to click Update (2).
Be aware that if your Admin makes any subsequent changes to the campaign, this will update campaign settings for you also. If this is the case, you will need to return to customise your recipients to suit.
