When looking at total numbers, you may see a difference between the total number of contacts in your audience, and the total number of contacts that are actually sent to.
For example, you have 81 contacts in your "Buyers" audience, but only 64 are sent to. This is due to a few factors, which reduce the total number of contacts reachable from your audience.
Your campaign will send to contacts within the selected audience that, at the time of your send:
- Are subscribed;
- Have not been deferred;
- Have an email address (i.e: the email field is not blank);
- Are unique by email (if this is enabled in your account).
