Within HomePrezzo you can create beautifully illustrated Suburb Reports, that can be shared with potential sellers and buyers to demonstrate how the local property market is currently performing.
These reports include a branded landing page that you can link to and share from your ActivePipe emails.
Contacts can view the report online, and/or download a pdf version of it.
The benefit of sharing your report from ActivePipe is that when your contacts engage with the link, their interactions are recorded within your ActivePipe reporting. This can be a valuable source of leads from your campaigns, and of course, email is a great way to circulate your report and promote yourself as a local expert.
Create a Suburb Report in HomePrezzo
This comprehensive guide helps you to create a Suburb Report within HomePrezzo.
Save an image
Once you have created your report, you’ll need an image to illustrate it nicely in your ActivePipe email.
One way to do this is to save a copy of the thumbnail image within HomePrezzo:
- From List view, right click on the thumbnail image (1) and select Save Image As.
Select a location on your local computer and Save.
Copy the shareable link
To access the share options for your report, if you're still in List view, click the more icon (2) and select Share.
Or, if you're in thumbnail view, hover over the image and click the share icon (3).
Once the Share & Download options appear, simply copy the email newsletter link (4).
Preview the branded landing page
From the Share & Download options, click the View button (5).
On the preview you'll see that your contact details (6) are hyperlinked so that your contacts can easily reach out to you. Contacts will be able to scroll through the report online, and also download a pdf copy for themselves (7).
Adding the suburb report within your ActivePipe email
Once you've created your report, saved an image and copied the link, go into your ActivePipe account and start by navigating to the email you want to add the report to.
Within the email editor, add some panels to nicely display your content - we suggest adding a heading, followed by either a 1x1 or 1x2 text & images panel.
Edit your heading and text to promote the value of viewing and downloading the report.
Within the text & images panel, click on the camera icon to upload and select the image you saved earlier (1).
Then add a call-to-action button*, either within the text & images panel or separately as its own panel.
If adding a button within the text & images panel:
- Click the Button icon from the panel editing toolbar;
- Type in your button text.
- Paste in the link you saved in HomePrezzo (4).
OR if you're adding a full panel button:
- Click the options icon.
- Click on the Button Details tab.
- Type in your button text.
- Paste in the link you saved in HomePrezzo (4).
* Note: You can link the image to the report as well as, or instead of the button.
When you have finished amending your panels to suit, don't forget to click Save!
Once your email is sent, you can check to see which contacts clicked on it through your campaign reporting.
