Some accounts are set-up so that properties link to a branded landing page rather than a website.
On this landing page contacts can see all the relevant details for the property* and are able to submit an enquiry about it, which will be sent as an email.
By default this enquiry will go to the User that sent the email, as well as the listing agent.
You can also elect for an additional person (e.g: a team member) to receive this notification as well, by adding them to the Enquiry Notification section within your account Settings menu.
* Some Users have the additional option to display the Listing Agent/s details with the property description.
This option, once enabled by ActivePipe, is manageable by an Admin within the Settings menu, under the Office Settings sub menu.
