ActivePipe SmartMatch identifies the interests of each contact in your database, based on their interactions and preferences, to create unique and dynamic buyer profiles.
What is a SmartMatch buyer profile based on?
SmartMatch gathers data from each contact's:
- Inspection/Open Home attendances - Noting the attributes of properties the contact has been marked as attended.
- Buyer preferences - Gathered either through CRM integration, or ActivePipe surveys.
- Engagement - Properties the contact has clicked on recently in ActivePipe emails.
Enabling SmartMatch in a property panel
When SmartMatch is enabled in an email property panel, each contact's buyer profile is matched against your current listings to pinpoint and "bump up" those most relevant to each contact's interests.
The most relevant properties to each contact will appear first, helping to maximise opportunities by showing the right properties to the right prospective buyers.
Viewing contact SmartMatches
You can also see which properties are SmartMatched to a particular contact at any time by viewing their Contact Profile: SmartMatches tab. Use these to have informed follow up conversations.
