ActivePipe can give a corporate user or office admin the ability to invite new users to join ActivePipe, directly from the platform.
Contact the ActivePipe support team to enable this functionality in your account, specifying if you are a corporate user or admin.
Start by navigating to your Users menu. From here:
- Click on the Invite User button.
- In the Invite User box, type in the first name, last name and email address of the new user.
- If you are a corporate user, click on the Office dropdown and select the office that you would like to invite this user to join.
- Click Invite

You will then see confirmation that your invite has been sent to your selected user.
Once invited, the users will be automatically added to your monthly bill.
If you would like to invite more than one user, repeat this process.
The invite links are valid for 90 days. You can resend an invite by clicking the more icon next to the users details, and then clicking Resend Invite.
Activating the account - Invitee to complete
The new user will receive an email inviting them to use ActivePipe, and prompting them to complete the set up their account by clicking Get Started
The new user will be prompted to fill in their primary contact details, and upload a profile image. Any information already known about the user (i.e: Name and email address) will be pre-filled.
The user will then be prompted to complete their location details.
The tick box can be clicked to use the already recorded office details.
Finally, for non-SSO users, users will be asked to create a password for their account.
Once the user completes the form and clicks Get Started, they will be taken to their now live ActivePipe account, where they can get started by uploading contacts and creating emails.
