Within the "Changed Property Report" or "Personal Property Update" campaign emails, there is a section called "Price Change".
This highly relevant and targeted panel is intended to inform contacts that have previously engaged with a particular property (i.e: clicked on the property in any ActivePipe initiated email), that there has been a change in price, thus re-engaging the contact and their interest in the property.
To be defined as having change in price, a property needs to be updated within your CRM in the fields of 'price' or 'price_view'.
The properties are filtered in the email property panel through the Advanced: Price Changed option. The default length of time is 7 days, however this is customisable. The panel is also filtered by contact interaction to ensure relevant content.
