In regard to adding articles to your ActivePipe emails, the SmartFeed panels in the email editor are only compatible with RSS enabled blogs and websites.
If you search for articles from sources that are not RSS enabled, you will see the following message:
You can also check if a blog or website is RSS enabled by checking this validation website.
If the unsupported blog or website is your own, contact your IT department or website developer to discuss enabling RSS.
If you would like to feature an article from an unsupported site, you can utilise a linked text & image panel instead.
You may also find that some RSS feeds have a limit on how many articles are made available - i.e: the 10 most recent articles, to improve load time for readers. This limit is controlled by the feed provider, not by ActivePipe.
If you believe the site you are sourcing is RSS enabled but you are still seeing an error, please contact support@activepipe.com to assist.
