Sync times can vary from CRM to CRM, however the average sync time is approximately 2-3 hours.
Please try to allow for at least this amount of time when making any changes, prior to any campaign send.
You can check when your account last sync'ed with your CRM through your account Settings menu, within the Integrations tab.
If you would like to know the specific sync time for your CRM or MLS, contact the ActivePipe support team to assist.
