Integrated contacts are distributed into your ActivePipe account based on their assignment or ownership.
This means that as a user, you will only see contacts of which you are the primary owner.
This may mean that you have more contacts in a certain category in your CRM, than you do in the same integrated category in ActivePipe.
If you would like to communicate with all contacts from a particular category, regardless of whether you are their primary owner or not, you can do this through your office-wide account.
To see all engagement with one of your listings, including interest shown by contacts that you are not the primary owner for, with approval your Admin can provide you with a downloaded list.
