By default, if a contact submits an appraisal request, loan enquiry, Enquiry Notification or
Property Feedback Notification in your ActivePipe account, the email notification will be sent to the same email used to set up the account.
You can however choose to add additional notification recipients, so that both the account owner and the chosen recipient/s receive an email for a specific notification.
To add recipients, start by navigating to your Settings menu and then:
- Click on the Notifications tab.
- Type in additional emails in the relevant notification box, then click enter.
- Click Update to save your changes.
