When you first log in to ActivePipe, you land on your Dashboard.
Here you’ll see a summary of recent activity, with high level insights highlighted.
Dig deeper into any of the data by clicking on that section (e.g: Highly Interactive Contacts).
On the left hand side is the navigation menu.
Menu options may include:
Dashboard - High level activity reporting.
Emails - Create, edit and view content.
Campaigns - Choose when, how and to whom to send content. Access campaign reporting (for some users*).
Contacts - Access full contact lists, and individual contact profiles. Admins will not see this menu as they are an overseer and do not send from themselves.
Audiences - View CRM integrated contact categories. Create new groups of contacts based on filters within ActivePipe.
Properties - Access full property lists and individual property reporting.
Sends - Access campaign reports. If you don't see this menu, your campaign reports will be accessible through your Campaigns menu*.
Teams - Create, edit or view teams. This functionality is optional, and enabled by contacting email@example.com
Settings - This is where you manage your account. Update contact details, profile images, social media links, blacklists, communication categories, additional recipients and property feeds, depending on your account access (admin or user).
Admin users can also switch between the admin account, users and office-wide accounts, via the switcher toggle found bottom left of the screen.
