When a contact attends an open home, ActivePipe can automatically send them a follow up email to thank them for attending, and request their feedback (Usually called the OFI Feedback Email).
If a contact responds to the Call To Action within, their responses can be found under the OFI Feedback section on the dashboard.
Clicking on this section will reveal a list of feedback submissions, any of which can be clicked on to see more in depth assessments.
In the case of many integrations, this feedback will also sync back to the CRM - e.g: With MyDesktop, this feeds back as a note against the property.
The set up of this point of contact may differ - some may send the OFI Feedback Email from the contact owner, others from the office/brand, depending on preferences advised at account set up. If sent from the office, the feedback will be found in the "office-wide" account.
