When a contact attends an inspection or open home, ActivePipe can automatically send them a follow up email to thank them for attending, and request their feedback.
If a contact responds to the call to action within, their responses can be found under the Inspection Feedback section on the dashboard*.
Clicking on this section will reveal a list of feedback submissions, any of which can be clicked on to see more in depth assessments.
In the case of some integrations, this feedback will also sync back to your CRM.
*The set up of this point of contact may differ - some may send the Inspection Feedback Email from the contact owner, others from the office/brand, depending on preferences advised at account set up. If sent from the office, the feedback will be found in the office-wide account.
