When a contact attends an inspection or open home, ActivePipe can automatically send them a follow up email to thank them for attending, and request their feedback.*
* Enabling this trigger based email campaign is dependant on your contact and listing integrations, specifically in relation to syncing attendance events.
At this point in time, there are no US based integrations enabling this functionality.
If a contact responds to the call to action within, their responses can be found under the Inspection Feedback section on the dashboard*.
Clicking on this section will reveal a list of feedback submissions.
To see the feedback a contact has provided, simply click on any line.
In the case of some integrations, this feedback will also sync back to your CRM.
You can also delve deeper into the interactions here by clicking the more icon next to any feedback line, and choosing either View Contact to see the contacts' full Contact Profile, or View Property, to see the full Property Report.
* The set up of this point of contact may differ - some may send the Inspection Feedback Email from the contact owner, others from the office/brand, depending on preferences advised at account set up. If sent from the office, the feedback will be found in the office-wide account.
