When a contact receives an email containing a "Finance Advice Request" call to action and submits the form, it will be notified in two ways:
1. It will be highlighted as a number under the "Loan Request" section on the Dashboard (1).
Select View All to see the list of requests, and click on any individual request to see it in full detail.
2. The agent will be emailed a copy of the request as a prompt to follow up*.
*Note: These alerts can be forwarded to both you and your affiliate directly, or if you prefer, sent only to you for subsequent referral. You can update your preferences in your Account Settings.
