When a contact receives an email containing a "Mortgage Check-up" call to action and submits the form, it will be notified in two ways:
- It will be highlighted as a number in the agents "Loan Request"” section, found on the dashboard. Click on this to see the request in full detail.
- The agent will be emailed a copy of the request as a prompt to follow up*.
*Note: These alerts can be forwarded to both you and your affiliate directly, or if you prefer, sent only to you for subsequent referral. You can update your preferences in your Account Settings.
