Intent is an indication of contact interest. It may be determined:
Explicitly: When submitted directly by a contact in a survey (Survey Response);
Behaviourally: By analysing the contacts engagement behaviour, using algorithms and machine learning embedded in ActivePipe (System Identified).
Obviously, knowing what a contact is looking for is a valuable insight. Use the Intent panel to follow up with these contacts with relevant information that suits their specific needs.
