Click on the Up & Coming snapshot on your dashboard (1) to see contacts that are newly engaged (clicking on properties from your emails) in your database. They may be contacts that have recently been added, or contacts that have been dormant in your list for perhaps the last few years, but have recently re-engaged due to a change in circumstances*. Given that they have been on your list for years, unless they actively make contact, you won't know they have re-engaged without this intel.
A contact appearing in Up & Coming is a great “heads up”, giving you an edge on your competitors with the opportunity to touch base and build a relationship with the contact, before they perhaps do so with another agent.
If an Up & Coming contact continues to engage at this level, they’ll move into your Highly Interactive contact list.
* This is a great reason why we recommend that campaigns like the “Weekly Listings” email are sent to all your contacts. Regular touch points, whether the contacts are actively engaged or not, promotes brand awareness. When the contact is ready to (re-)enter the market, they think of you first in regard to buying or selling their home.
