In addition to utilising Audiences, you can filter a campaign to only send to contacts who match a certain condition:
If Clicked
Choose to only send a campaign to contacts who did click or did not click a particular link in a specified email.
E.g: If you only want to send an email to contacts who did not reply (via link) to your recently emailed event invite, you can follow up with a “Reminder to RSVP” email, whilst not bothering those contacts who have already responded.
If Opened
Choose to send a campaign to contacts who did open or did not open a specific email.
E.g: Send a follow up email to contacts who have shown interest by opening your “Investment Opportunities” email, with an invite to an upcoming Investment seminar.
If Attribute
Choose to filter a campaign to send to contacts who match a certain field, with selectable dates and specifications.
E.g: Send a campaign to contacts whose Geo Date - does not have a value, with a Call To Action for them to update their address with you, whilst not targeting those contacts you already have this information for.
If Tag
Filter a campaign to send only to contacts that Has or Does not have a particular Intent or Category tag.
E.g: Send a “Investment Opportunities” email only to contacts that have the intent tag of Investor.
If Clicked Property
Filter a campaign to only send to contacts that have either interacted, or not interacted with property in a selected email, within a selectable time period.
E.g: Send a free appraisal Call To Action to contacts that Did Click any property in the “Sold Property Report” Email within the last 30 days.
If Sent
Filter a campaign to only send to contacts that Was Sent or Was not Sent a selectable email, with the additional option of making this conditional to a selected time period.
E.g: Send the Data Discovery email only to contacts that it was not sent to in the last 30 days
