When integrated with your property Feed, ActivePipe will regularly sync to update your listings, including any changes to price or contact details.
If your property details have not updated and you believe they should have, first check the following:
- Have the changes been pushed to your website/portal pusher?
- If so, were they updated more than a few hours ago?
ActivePipe updates your property listings every 2-3 hours, so you will need to allow for this when making any changes.
If you have checked the above and your property is still not updated, contact the ActivePipe Support team, providing the property address and/or listing ID, as well as when and what you changed, so that we can investigate for you.
