Whether you’ve previously created an email yourself, or you’re wanting to modify one that’s been created for you, it’s easy to make changes to existing emails.
Navigate to the Emails menu, found on the left side of your screen.
From your Current Emails list, find the name of the email you would like to edit and click on it.
From here you will be taken to the email editor, where you have incredible flexibility over what you can modify and create (approve any changes with your Admin/Corporate team if required).
Navigating from the top, you will see:
This is what your contacts see in their inbox. Email creators (admins or agents who create the particular email) are able to update this by clicking in the box. Remember to keep it relevant and personal.
If the email has been allocated by an Admin to an agent, the agent will not be able to update the email subject.
- From and Reply-to Address:
In most cases these are dynamic and not editable, we update these for you based on who the email is sending out from.
Beneath this is your current email.
Generally you will find that your header and footer are not editable, to ensure your branding, contact details and subscription options are always included in your emails. You may have other restricted panels, as designated by your corporate or admin team.
You will be able to see if a panel is editable by moving your cursor over it - if a dotted line and editing pencil appears, you can click on it to make it active and make changes.
Remember: If you make any changes to your email, make sure you finish by clicking Save in the top right, to keep your changes.
