For integrated users, your ActivePipe contacts have been connected to your CRM, and will update for you every couple of hours. This includes any categories, segments or audiences you have.
Your CRM is still your source of truth, so continue to manage your database there, and we will simply mirror that in ActivePipe.
For non-integrated users, you can use CSV files to quickly and easily manage your database.
Your email templates have been created to reflect your branding.
You can simply run with what we have suggested, or treat these as a starting point and fully personalise your emails. You have huge flexibility and control over what you can create in your account.
If you think of an email as the content, a campaign is the vehicle to send out that content.
It’s here that you decide who you want to send to, when, and which content you want to send them.
Campaigns can be very basic and send only once, or for some users they can be recurring, triggered by events, and include conditions.
What are the campaigns already in my account?
Some of you will find that we have set up a group of recommended campaigns in your account, others will start with a clean slate.
The ActivePipe team will be in touch to offer training to both admin and agents, so that everyone has a good understanding of what's in your account, and can maximize the benefits of any included touch points.
