If your contact CRM is integrated with your ActivePipe account, your contact data will directly reflect that of your CRM, and will sync to update each way, every couple of hours. This will include updating any contact tags.
Your CRM remains your source of truth, so continue to manage your database there, and we will simply mirror that in ActivePipe.
If your contacts are not integrated, you can easily manage your contacts within ActivePipe using CSV files.
If you would like to send your contacts Residential or Commercial property, as part of your account set up process, ActivePipe can connect one or multiple property feeds to your account.
Just like your contacts, ActivePipe will regularly sync with your feed to update and reflect any changes or additions to your properties, allowing a high level of automation.
Your email templates have been created to reflect your branding.
You can simply run with what we have suggested, or treat these as a starting point and fully personalise your emails. You have huge flexibility and control over what you can create in your account.
If you think of an email as the content, a campaign is the vehicle to send out that content.
It’s here that you decide who you want to send to, when, and which content you want to send them.
Campaigns can be very basic and send only once, or for some users they can be recurring, triggered by events, and include conditions.

Some of you will find that we have set up a group of recommended campaigns in your account, others will start with a clean slate.
